US News Best Online Programs Bachelor'sAll required courses for the online Bachelor of General Studies (BGS) degree program are available online. You do not need to have prior college credit to be eligible to earn this degree online.

Degree Completion

Non-BGS online bachelor's degrees best fit students who have already earned the majority of their general education college credits or have an associate’s degree.

Campus advisers will work with you to identify the courses you need to move ahead.

Credit Transfer

All online bachelor degree completion programs accept prior credit from accredited post-secondary institutions, whether they are two-year or four-year schools.

Many programs have flexible policies regarding non-traditional credit as well.
